Golf Performance Training
At Ultimate Golf Performance, our face to face coaching combines world-class swing analysis, golf-specific strength & power training and personalised programming to help you play better, move better and hit it further.
Most players attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions and then complete their customised gym or speed program either:
Independently at Ultimate HQ (small additional weekly access fee)
Or at their own gym
Or fully coached for every programmed session (if preferred)
Training Structure
We utilise a three-pillar training system integrated across your program:
1. Speed (Golf-Specific)
Develop clubhead speed and optimise force production timing.
2. Strength (Gym)
Build the physical foundation needed for performance and injury resilience.
3. Power (Gym)
Learn to produce force quickly with explosive, golf-specific transfer.
Your First Three Sessions
Session 1: Swing Pattern Analysis & Baseline Testing
Golf clubs & golf shoes required.
We assess your swing mechanics, force production and rotational speed profile.
Session 2: Body Screening & Movement Assessment
Performed on the gym floor.
We identify mobility restrictions, stability deficits and key physical characteristics that influence your golf swing.
Session 3: Program Build-Out Session
We walk you through your customised program from start to finish and ensure every exercise is understood and executed correctly.
In-Person Training Requirements
To ensure meaningful progress, we require a minimum of:
▪ 2 face to face sessions per month
Weekly or bi-weekly attendance is recommended for optimal improvement.

One-Off Session Option
If you would prefer a single session without ongoing commitment:
1-Hour Session — $199
